What Talking Therapies Do We Provide?

We provide a range of free NHS talking therapies and support, which allow you space to think and address what’s really bothering you.

Our professional therapists work with you to talk through what’s been on your mind, and give you practical tools to help you manage your mental health in the future too.

We also know life can be busy, so we provide our talking therapies and support in various ways. These can be accessed in the following ways:

  • Online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Video calls (either one-to-one or in a group, if appropriate)
  • Groups, courses and webinars
  • In-person at a location close to you
