Who Are We Listen?

We Listen is a collaborative partnership, made up of eight talking therapy service providers, who offer a range of free NHS talking therapies across Kent and Medway.

We’re an NHS funded project and we bring together all the local talking therapy services in one place, so you can easily access local support when you need it.

Have a Long-Term Health Condition

We can provide support with common mental health conditions including:

  • Insomnia
  • Stress
  • Panic and agoraphobia
  • Worry and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Health & social anxiety
  • Long-term health conditions

 

Who Can Access These Talking Therapies?

You can access our talking therapies if you are:

  • Aged 17 and a half or over
  • Live or work in Kent or Medway
  • Aren’t already engaging with another mental health service

You can self-refer, refer someone in your care, or your GP or health professional can refer you. For more information, visit our referral page.
